1. Quotation Validity: This quotation is valid for 14 days from the date issued.
2. Confirmation: A signed quotation and a 50% deposit are required to confirm the project.
   
   
3. Payment Terms: Balance payment (50%) is due within 7 days after event completion, unless otherwise stated.

8. Event Postponement: Postponements are subject to availability and may be rescheduled within 3 months, with prior notice.
   
   
9. Force Majeure: Uniquecom shall not be held liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond its control.
   
   
10. Agreement to Proceed: By signing this quotation, you agree to proceed with all items and pricing stated, and authorize us to execute the project accordingly.
